James Lammlin, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Born and raised in Connecticut after graduating high school James joined the Army. After two tours in the Army, he returned to CT to be closer to family and pursue a career in healthcare as a registered nurse. Throughout his time in CT, he has been fortunate to work at some of the nation’s top health centers in both the Emergency Department and ICU. In time, he advanced his career by becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner. During the Covid pandemic he realized the importance of preventative care and health optimization. Seeing the value in optimizing an individual’s health to stave off disease and illness, he began to focus his studies on hormone optimization and weight management strategies. He looks forward to helping each and everyone reach their individual goals through a holistic approach utilizing medication, nutrition, manageable exercise programs, and technology to achieve his patient’s overall health goals.
